2020-007 Attachment 5 Revision 1
The HOA Board has approved the opening of community pool at 50% capacity (10 patrons) provided that:
1. Homeowners abide by any and all social distancing guidelines included but not limited to the CDC guidelines.
2. Users of the community pool bear the responsibility of compliance.
3. Users assume full risk of utilizing the community pool.
Failure to comply with the above order and guidelines will result in re-closure of the pool area.
